How I think about building.
4 rules
Understand before building.
Rule 01Before writing a single line of code, I want to know what the product is actually trying to do — not just what was asked for. The right solution often isn't the obvious one.
Simple is harder than complex.
Rule 02Anyone can add. The skill is in removing. Every system I build starts with the simplest version that creates real value — then grows only when it must.
Own it end to end.
Rule 03Schema design, backend logic, frontend, deployment — I don't hand off. Full ownership means no gaps, no blame, no surprises.
Ship, then improve.
Rule 04A working product in production teaches you more than six months of planning. I bias toward shipping early, learning fast, and iterating with real feedback.
